Talent Acquisition Manager

As Talent Acquisition Manager on the Human Resource team, you'll lead recruiting strategy and own full-cycle hiring in a full-time, office-based role. You’ll focus on bringing skilled people into the organization and building thoughtful, inclusive processes.

What you'll do

• Design and implement end-to-end talent acquisition strategies that meet the needs of operations and logistics teams.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: source candidates, screen and interview, lead offer negotiation, and coordinate a smooth onboarding handoff.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, set hiring timelines, and improve selection practices to find the best fit.
• Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system, track recruiting metrics, and use data to reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate quality.
• Coach hiring teams on interviewing best practices and inclusive hiring to create a respectful, consistent candidate experience.

What we're looking for

• Proven talent acquisition or recruiting experience, ideally within logistics or related operations environments.
• Experience managing multiple searches, prioritizing competing needs, and mentoring or leading a recruiting team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you’ll coach hiring managers and advocate for candidates throughout the process.
• Comfort using applicant tracking systems and interpreting hiring metrics to inform decisions and process improvements.
• A commitment to working full time from the office and collaborating with HR and cross-functional partners.
