Sales Executive / Sales Intern – Wedding, B2B & Events

🎯 Who Can Apply?

• Freshers and interns are welcome
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, event management, hospitality, or customer handling
• Students pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients and business partners
• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented
• Interested in weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, MICE, and event services

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Wedding Sales

• Generate wedding leads through various channels
• Connect with prospective wedding clients and understand their requirements
• Explain event packages and services to clients
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings
• Coordinate with the event planning team for proposals and quotations
• Assist in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings

B2B Sales

• Develop relationships with wedding planners, hotels, venues, corporates, agencies, and other business partners
• Generate B2B leads and maintain regular follow-ups
• Build and maintain a strong business network
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Coordinate meetings and presentations with potential partners

Event Sales

• Generate enquiries for corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, brand activations, MICE, and other events
• Prepare and share proposals and quotations with clients
• Maintain lead and sales records
• Follow up regularly until closure
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover after booking
