Job description
You’ll join the Support team as a Customer Service Associate, working full-time in the office to help customers solve problems and have a positive experience. You’ll be the friendly, clear point of contact for inquiries through our standard support channels, using practical problem-solving to make each interaction smoother.
What you'll do
- You’ll respond to customer inquiries clearly and compassionately, aiming to resolve issues on first contact.
- You’ll troubleshoot common problems, document outcomes, and escalate when needed to other Support team members.
- You’ll maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You’ll collaborate with colleagues to share feedback and improve support resources and processes.
- You’ll help identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes or documentation.

- You have experience in customer service or support roles and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You stay calm under pressure, can prioritize tasks, and handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
- You’ll be comfortable working full-time in the office and following established procedures.
- You have basic computer skills and a willingness to learn support tools and internal systems.
- You’re attentive to detail and take ownership of follow-through until issues are resolved.
