Site Engineer

As a Site Engineer, you'll help turn civil engineering plans into well-coordinated, high-quality work on site. Working full time from the office, you'll support project delivery through careful planning, technical coordination, and clear communication with everyone involved.

What you'll do

• Review drawings, specifications, and technical information to support accurate project planning and execution.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to keep information moving clearly and efficiently.
• Monitor progress against plans, identify potential issues, and help develop practical solutions before they affect delivery.
• Prepare and maintain site records, reports, technical documentation, and project updates.
• Support quality, safety, and compliance requirements by following approved procedures and raising concerns promptly.

What we're looking for

• A civil engineering background, supported by a relevant degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience.
• Good understanding of construction methods, engineering drawings, specifications, and project coordination.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to organize information and manage competing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, along with a collaborative approach to working with different teams.
• A practical, dependable mindset and a willingness to learn, take responsibility, and follow tasks through to completion.
