MIS Coordinator

About the Role

Inc.5 is looking for an MIS & Systems Operations Manager to manage MIS, system-based operations, marketplace coordination, and regular reporting. This is a hands-on role for someone who can ensure data accuracy, streamline system processes, coordinate effectively with marketplace partners, and provide timely and meaningful reports to support business decision-making. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth system operations, accurate data flow, and consistent reporting across the business.

• Preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Managing marketplace data and system-related activities
• Monitoring pricing, discounts, promotions, inventory, and stock synchronization
• Managing listings, SKU/article-level data, and inventory updates across marketplaces
• Coordinating with marketplace partners and internal teams for issue resolution
• Tracking orders, fulfillment, cancellations, and other operational metrics
• Identifying data discrepancies and coordinating for timely corrections
• Supporting stock liquidation and other marketplace operational activities
• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the respective teams

Candidate Requirements:

Preferred Prior experience in e-commerce/marketplace operations is required
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting
Good understanding of system-based operations and data management
Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to manage regular operational reports and marketplace data independently
Freshers are not required for this position
