Sports Analytics Operations Executive

TrueVal, a product of Just About Sportz & Showbiz, measures what a sponsorship actually delivered. Our AI reads cricket broadcasts frame by frame and tells brands what their logo on a jersey, helmet or ground board was really worth, independent of what the team or league reports.

We are looking for an Operations Executive to run this analysis, match by match, for the brands we work with.

What you will do:

• Watch full match broadcasts and spot errors in every appearance of a brand's logo.
• Maintain error-free records with total accuracy. Our reports go to CMOs and are used in large budget decisions, so one wrong entry matters.
• Track sponsor inventory across all 10 IPL teams: jerseys, helmets, caps, ground boards, dugouts.
• Flag what you notice. A pattern nobody asked about is often the most useful thing in a report.

You will fit if you:

• Know cricket properly. Not just scores, but field positions, broadcast angles, why the camera sits where it does, and how a Powerplay changes what is on screen.
• Are meticulous by nature. You are the person who spots the error in the spreadsheet.
• Are comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets and willing to learn our tools.
• Can sit with long footage and stay sharp through it.
• Communicate clearly in written English.

Good to have:

• Any prior work in sports media, broadcast, analytics, or a fantasy or stats platform.
• Awareness of media metrics such as reach, impressions, or ad value.

This is an on-site role in Mumbai. We welcome freshers with 0 to 2 years of experience and will provide training on our methods. The salary for this position is 3 to 4 LPA. Please note that match seasons, especially during the IPL, can be intense and may include working evenings and weekends.
