TELLECALLER

Join our insurance team as a part-time Telecalling professional, where you'll connect with customers, understand their needs, and introduce them to suitable insurance options. This office-based role is ideal if you enjoy speaking with people and building trust through clear, helpful conversations.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from the office.
• Explain insurance products, coverage options, and basic policy details in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer requirements and share relevant information.
• Respond politely to questions, handle initial concerns, and direct complex queries to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.

What we're looking for

• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
• Comfort speaking with customers over the phone and explaining information clearly.
• A customer-focused approach with patience and active listening skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to record information accurately.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or insurance is helpful, but a willingness to learn is equally valued.
