Community Building Intern — ZigMe

Location: [Mumbai / Hybrid ]
Type: Internship — 6–9 months

ZigMe wants to build a genuine presence and engaged community across platforms like Reddit, Quora, and similar forums/communities — not just running ads, but actually participating, answering questions, and building trust with people where relevant conversations are already happening. This role owns that end-to-end.

Who we're looking for

• Active user of platforms like Reddit, Quora, or niche forums/communities relevant to our space
• Strong writing skills — can write helpful, natural, non-salesy responses that add real value
• Understands community culture and etiquette (what works and what gets you called out/banned)
• Patient and consistent — community building is slow, steady work, not a one-time campaign
• Curious, likes research, and can speak knowledgeably about topics relevant to ZigMe
• Comfortable engaging in discussions, debates, and answering questions authentically

What you'll do

• Identify and monitor relevant subreddits, Quora spaces, and forums where our audience is active
• Participate authentically — answer questions, join discussions, share useful content (not just promotional posts)
• Build ZigMe's presence and credibility organically within these communities over time
• Track relevant conversations/mentions and flag opportunities or risks (complaints, misinformation, competitor mentions)
• Maintain a content/engagement calendar for consistent activity across platforms
• Report on community growth, engagement, and sentiment regularly
• Collaborate with the social/content team to align messaging and tone
