Shift Structure and Timings:

Morning: 10:30AM - 7:30PM 
Afternoon: 12:30PM - 9:30PM

Salary Structure : Fixed + Incentives

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join as Apprentice – Frontline Sales Executives. This 6-month apprenticeship program is designed to provide hands-on experience in retail sales, customer engagement, and store operations. Based on performance and evaluation during the apprenticeship, candidates will be considered for full-time employment with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in identifying their needs and guide them to suitable products
  • Support senior sales staff in product demonstrations and sales activities
  • Learn and develop knowledge of consumer electronics and store offerings
  • Maintain store presentation, product displays, and cleanliness standards
  • Assist in managing inventory and stock replenishment
  • Handle basic customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Support billing and checkout processes when required
  • Actively participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning programs

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Freshers (0 years of experience)
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and build a career in retail sales
  • Basic understanding of customer service is an added advantage
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
