Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and queries
• Coordinate meetings, events, and engagement activities with design professionals
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services
• Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining long-term partnerships
• Track client interactions and maintain updated records
• Support the team in executing brand engagement strategies
• Gather feedback from clients and help improve service quality
