Operations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities, including vehicle planning, pickups, deliveries, routing, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
• Plan and coordinate vehicles for pickups and deliveries.
• Prepare and optimize vehicle routes based on operational requirements.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and other stakeholders for timely operations.
• Arrange vehicles and transportation as per daily requirements.
• Track pickups and deliveries and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain operational records and prepare regular reports.
• Handle documentation and data entry related to operations.
• Use MS Excel and MS Word for maintaining records and preparing reports.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.

Required Skills

• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good computer and data-management skills.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good planning and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under time constraints.
• Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, delivery, or operations will be an advantage.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / High School.
• Freshers with strong coordination and computer skills may apply.
• Candidates with relevant operations/logistics experience are preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working 6 days a week from the office.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Full-time, on-site role
