Job description

You'll join the Management team as an HR Intern, working remotely to support daily HR activities while learning practical, transferable skills. This internship gives you real exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration in an office setting.

What you'll do

  • Support the recruitment process by screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Help with onboarding tasks, preparing new-hire paperwork, and coordinating orientation logistics.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR documentation.
  • Assist with basic HR reporting, data entry into HR systems, and tracking key metrics.
  • Contribute to employee communications and help coordinate team meetings or training sessions.

What we're looking for

  • Currently studying human resources, business management, psychology, or a related field.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
  • Organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage confidential information responsibly.
  • Enthusiasm to learn, comfortable working in an office, and familiar with common productivity tools (email, spreadsheets).
