Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance

The Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance leads the company’s financial operations, controls and compliance. The role covers accounting, MIS, budgeting, cash-flow and statutory / tax compliance, and acts as a finance business partner to operations and leadership as Pack8 scales its manufacturing and export business.

•     Own the complete accounting cycle — general ledger, AP, AR, payroll accounting and month / year-end close.

•     Prepare timely financial statements, MIS, dashboards and management reporting with insightful analysis.

•     Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis; partner with operations on cost control.

•     Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships and fund planning.

•     Ensure statutory compliance — GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act / ROC and related filings.

•     Coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits and ensure clean, timely closure.

•     Strengthen internal financial controls, SOPs and approval workflows to safeguard company assets.

•     Oversee costing and product / unit profitability analysis to support pricing and margin decisions.

•     Manage receivables and payables discipline, vendor / customer reconciliations and credit control.

•     Support fund-raising, investor reporting and strategic finance initiatives as required.

•     Drive automation and accuracy of financial processes within the ERP / accounting system.
