Role: Sales Executive

Responsibilities
- Handle and qualify customer leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings.
- Handle negotiations and assist customers through closure.
- Maintain CRM and daily sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
