About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Debt Recovery Collector to handle customer accounts, payment follow-ups, and collection activities. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers professionally and assisting them in resolving their outstanding dues.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers through calls and other approved communication channels regarding outstanding payments.
• Follow up with customers for pending EMI/dues and payment commitments.
• Explain outstanding amounts, payment details, and available payment options to customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups on assigned accounts.
• Record customer responses, payment commitments, and collection updates accurately..
• Coordinate with the team leader/manager regarding difficult or pending accounts.
• Maintain proper records and update collection status on the company's system.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
