Unit Head - Defence Affinity

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a candidate for the position of Unit Head - Defence Affinity in the Direct Sales - Defence Affinity department. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

What does the job entail?

• Overseeing the Defence Affinity unit as Unit Head.
• Leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
• Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company funds.
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
• Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure business continuity.
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Providing guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
