Job description
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and explain products/services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Meet and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
