Job description

You'll join the Emerging Markets Sales team as a Relationship Manager focused on Loan Against Property (LAP) in the affordable market, working full-time from the office to build and grow client relationships across targeted regions. You'll bring commercial drive and local market insight to win business and deliver client-focused lending solutions.

What you'll do

  • Manage and deepen relationships with a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients across emerging markets, with a focus on the LAP affordable segment.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify opportunities, convert leads, and meet revenue and performance targets.
  • Coordinate closely with product, operations, and compliance teams to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant solutions for clients.
  • Conduct market research and use local insights to tailor proposals, pricing, and terms to regional conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare client reports, and track pipeline activity in CRM and related systems.

What we're looking for

  • Proven client-facing sales experience, ideally with exposure to emerging markets mortgage/LAP products.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and building trust over time.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market information into practical sales plans and pricing recommendations.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work from the office full time; adaptable to cross-cultural and regional differences.
