About the Opportunity

We are looking for experienced and skilled Civil Engineers for a reputed construction company in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential construction projects and strong knowledge of site execution, finishing activities, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day construction site activities.
• Ensure quality execution of civil works as per project specifications and timelines.
• Handle residential project execution including brick work, plaster work, and finishing activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project progress.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Handle customer/consumer interactions related to project updates and site requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering/B.Tech /B.E. in Civil Engineering
• 4–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
• Strong experience in residential projects.
• Candidates with experience in builders/developers background preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• Brick Work
• Plaster Work
• Finishing Work
• Site Execution & Supervision
• Good communication skills with the ability to handle customers/consumers.
• Candidates currently based in Nagpur will be preferred.
