Junior Architect – Liaisoning

We are looking for a Junior Architect – Liaisoning to assist with architectural drawings and statutory approvals. The candidate will work closely with senior architects, consultants, and clients to ensure projects comply with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and submitting drawings for various statutory approvals.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, surveyors, and other project consultants.
• Prepare drawings for compliance with applicable development control regulations.
• Visit project sites as required for follow-ups and inspections.
• Support preparation of presentations, reports, area statements, and other project documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in development regulations, building codes, and approval procedures.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in architectural practice, liaisoning, or statutory approvals.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, or similar software is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of building regulations, development control regulations, and approval procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with government officials and consultants.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and technical documents, including construction details.
