Event Curator

As an Event Curator, you'll shape thoughtful, memorable events from the first idea through the final follow-up. Working full-time from the office, you'll bring creativity, organization, and care to every detail of the event experience.

What you'll do

• Develop event concepts that align with goals, audiences, themes, and available resources.
• Plan timelines, budgets, schedules, guest experiences, and day-of logistics.
• Coordinate with venues, vendors, speakers, performers, and internal teams to keep plans on track.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, responding calmly to changes as they arise.
• Gather feedback and evaluate outcomes to improve future events.

What we're looking for

• Experience planning, coordinating, or curating events, programs, or experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple details and deadlines.
• Clear, thoughtful communication with a wide range of partners and team members.
• A creative eye for themes, flow, atmosphere, and the small details guests remember.
• Comfort working in an office and being present during event preparation and execution.
