We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, sales performance, team management, and customer experience. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while maintaining high service standards in a luxury retail environment.

• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to ensure strong performance and customer engagement
• Drive monthly and annual sales targets through effective floor management, upselling, and customer interaction
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handle escalations, and build repeat clientele
• Manage daily store operations including staffing, inventory control, stock audits, and replenishment
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and seasonal promotions
• Monitor sales reports, control expenses, and support profitability
• Coordinate in-store promotions, campaigns, and events
• Maintain health, safety, and operational compliance

• 7+ years of retail experience (fashion/luxury preferred), including 3+ years in a managerial role
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams
• Knowledge of inventory systems, VM, POS, and retail operations
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays
