Team Leader

You'll lead a small team focused on recruitment training and development, helping recruiters learn and grow. This full-time, office-based Team leader role puts you at the center of shaping how hiring skills are taught and measured.

What you'll do

• You'll lead and coach a team of recruiters and trainers, setting priorities and supporting day-to-day work.
• You'll design and update training programs, workshops, and onboarding materials for hiring teams.
• You'll monitor performance metrics, collect feedback, and iterate on curriculum to improve outcomes.
• You'll coordinate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to align training with recruitment needs.

• Proven experience leading teams in recruitment, training, or talent development.
• Strong coaching, communication, and presentation skills; comfortable giving constructive feedback.
• Practical ability to design learning materials and measure the impact of training initiatives.
• Comfortable working full-time in an office and managing schedules, resources, and priorities.
