Vice President – Supply Chain

India’s leading digital AgriTech platform, serving 30+ million farmers with a diverse portfolio of agricultural products and advisory services. The organisation aims to achieve 5X+ growth from its current ₹200 Cr+ scale and pursue an IPO within the next three years, driven by a scalable, cost-efficient supply chain.

This role directly owns and integrates the supply side and demand side of operations, including:

• Supply Side: Sourcing & Procurement, Demand Forecasting & Inventory Planning, Warehouse & Fulfilment Centres, Logistics, Inventory & Marketplace Operations, Customer Experience, Liquidation, Supply Chain Technology & Automation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Supply Chain Strategy: Own and articulate a coherent strategy aligned to growth, margin, and service goals; design physical and network architecture; translate strategy into an execution roadmap.
2. Sourcing & Procurement: Set sourcing strategy; manage supplier relationships; negotiate terms; institute vendor scorecards and KPIs.
3. Demand & Inventory Planning: Lead demand forecasting; maintain optimal stock; improve inventory turns and working-capital efficiency.
4. Marketplace Operations: Own operational performance; balance inventory models; ensure quality and SLA enforcement.
5. Warehouse & Fulfilment Centres: Own FC operations; plan capacity and staffing based on seasonal surges.
6. Logistics & Customer Experience: Design logistics network; manage 3PL partners; own post-order customer experience.
7. Technology, Automation & Data: Implement systems for visibility; bring automation into warehousing; define operating metrics and dashboards.
8. Risk, Compliance & Governance: Build resilience against supply disruption; ensure compliance with Agri-Input regulations.
9. People & Organisation Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing supply chain organisation; mentor leaders and create a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
